1.Applicant Photo - Passport size student's Photo 2.Proof of Identity (POI) - PAN Card/ Voter Id/ Driving License/Passport 3.Proof of Address (POA) - Voter Id/ Driving License/ Bank Passbook/Passport 4.Bank Passbook - First Page of Bank Passbook/ Last 1 Month Bank Statement (with complete Bank Account details) 5.Education Certificates - Class 10, Class 12 and Semester I Marksheet If Applicable 6.Proof of Income - Income Certificate of Current Year 7.Bonafide Certificate - Bonafide Certificate from college/Institute with sign and stamp 8.Tuition Fee receipt and Fee structure - Paid Fee receipt and Fee structure from college/ Institute All documents uploaded shall be clear and must be in .jpeg .png file only |
